Refund policy

Our 90-day guarantee

Try any BioStack product properly. If you are not happy with it for any reason within 90 days of your order date, tell us and we will refund what you paid for it. No forms, no return label needed for the bottle you have been using.

The conditions, in full:

  • The guarantee covers one bottle per product, per customer: your first bottle of each product you try with us.
  • It runs for 90 days from the date you placed the order.
  • It applies to products bought directly from biostacklabs.com. Products bought elsewhere are covered by that retailer's policy.
  • For multi-bottle packs, we refund the price of the bottle you have opened under the guarantee. Unopened bottles from the same pack can be returned to us for a refund of their price within the same 90 days.
  • For subscriptions, the guarantee covers your first delivery. You can cancel future deliveries at any time (see our Subscription policy).
  • Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the order was our error.

To claim: email support@biostacklabs.com with your order number, or call 775 451 2299. We refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of approving the claim; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it, including shipping, at no cost to you. Photos help us sort it out quickly.

Returns outside the guarantee

If you change your mind about an unopened product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Contact us first for the return address; return shipping is at your cost unless we made the error, and we cannot accept returns that were not arranged with us. Opened products are covered by the guarantee above, not by this section.

Refused or abandoned deliveries

Orders refused at delivery or left unclaimed are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs; the product price is refunded once the carrier returns the parcel to us.

International orders

The 90-day guarantee applies to international orders too. For unopened returns from outside the US, contact us before shipping; we cannot provide return labels for international parcels, and duties and taxes are not refundable.
