The BioStack Labs text message programme
When you opt in to text messages from BioStack Labs LLC ("BioStack", "we"), you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include new product news, offers, order and shipping updates, cart and subscription reminders, and replies to questions you send us.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and ticking or confirming the text message box on one of our website forms or at checkout, by texting a keyword we publish to our number, or by replying to a confirmation text. We send a confirmation message before marketing messages begin. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies; we typically send no more than [4] marketing texts a month [CONFIRM]. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one final confirmation text and then no further marketing messages. You can also opt out by emailing support@biostacklabs.com. If you later want to rejoin, text the keyword again or opt in on the website.

Quiet hours
We send marketing texts only between 9 am and 8 pm in your local time zone, and we respect the stricter windows and day-of-week limits that apply in some states, including Florida, Oklahoma and Washington. Transactional messages such as shipping updates may arrive outside those hours.
Carriers and delivery
Supported carriers include the major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by your carrier or device.
Your information
We use Klaviyo to send our messages. Your number and opt-in record are used only to run this programme and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not share your opt-in or your number with anyone for their own marketing. Because we sell dietary supplements, some information may be "consumer health data"; see our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and changes
You must be 18 or older and the account holder or have the account holder's permission to opt in. By opting in you confirm that the number you gave is yours and agree to tell us if it changes. We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted here with a new date.
