Please quote your order reference and have your email order receipt available.
If you decide BioStack Labs has not met your expectations and you wish to return the product, your return must fit the following criteria:
- Refunds are only possible within 30 days of receipt of your product
- Refunds are executed once the product has been returned in it's original packaging using the returns labels provided by our support team.
- Refunds are only available if 50% of the contents remain in the tub. We cannot issue refunds for empty, or nearly empty tubs.
- Returns only apply to products purchased directly from BioStackLabs.com
- Any Shipping fees incurred by the customer will not be included in the refund
- No exchanges possible
- Currently we do not have the facility to issue returns labels for international orders. Please contact our support team. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order(s) that are refused or abandoned by the intended recipient.
