Higher Absorption
Dihydroberberine (both 100 mg and 200 mg doses) led to significantly higher blood levels of berberine compared to regular berberine (500 mg), indicating better absorption and bioavailability.

For years, my work entailed coaching people, to help optimize their body composition and health. Something which I learned early on in my career was the power of improving insulin sensitivity, if the goal was to get lean, build muscle, improve health and control cravings.
