Product worked in an unexpected way
I bought this product to use on a trip as I knew I’d be eating more than usual, at least for dinners. The surprising thing I noticed was that on my trip I was not waking up at 4am with a cortisol rush, due to low blood sugar despite not having a bedtime snack. At home I always have to have a bedtime snack or I wake up between 3-4 am with low blood sugar and a compensatory cortisol spike. I thought it might just be that I was more relaxed on vacation but I continued to take the GD aid with my evening meal and I have not woken up with the cortisol rush once in the past three weeks. This is an absolutely amazing and unexpected side effect of this supplement. I couldn’t be happier with the results and this is now a staple in my supplement regime.

Best pre-workout GDA ![User picture]()
I’ve been using GDAid since its launch. I had tested other GDAs on my CGM but nothing came close. I have a carb heavy breakfast before my workout and I find that this helps shuttle the carbs into the muscle for fuel. I have more muscle energy and no crash.

Phenomenal Product
I’ve been taking GdAid religiously for 6 months now and can say it’s a phenomenal product.
As a busy mum of three, I want to avoid things that can slow me down, using GDAid has helped me avoid those “carb crashes” after food as well as not giving me any brain fog, along with no heavy or lethargic feeling often associated with eating higher carb meals.
