I bought this product to use on a trip as I knew I’d be eating more than usual, at least for dinners. The surprising thing I noticed was that on my trip I was not waking up at 4am with a cortisol rush, due to low blood sugar despite not having a bedtime snack. At home I always have to have a bedtime snack or I wake up between 3-4 am with low blood sugar and a compensatory cortisol spike. I thought it might just be that I was more relaxed on vacation but I continued to take the GD aid with my evening meal and I have not woken up with the cortisol rush once in the past three weeks. Weirdly, GDAid is a supplement, that I didn't think I needed. The only reason that I tried it was due to being so impressed and using Biostacl's other three products, religiously. Well, I needed it. I do need glucose management, I do. I was looking at my shirtless body today, shaving in the bathroom mirror and after a month or two of GDAid, my muscle tone, abs/core, the problem area, looks great. I am 53 and used to be able to eat anything and everything cuz I was so skinny and wanted to get big and strong. Well, these days, I'm 195, about 6 foot. Feeling great due to all of Bisostack's products. GDAid..........GOOOOOD stuff!!!

Thanks for leaving your review. We are sorry to hear that you have not noticed the impact of GDAid just yet. It is a powerful formulation with premium ingredients; some of us see that Glucose crashes more than others. It is not particularly designed to curb appetite as such, even though some customers find it does help. The product supports metabolic health. Continue to use and if possible you can monitor with a CGM as well.

I Have tried multiple gda before, GDAid is the absolute best. It definitely helps I take 1 serving with my 2 highest carbohydrate meal. It regulates my glucose so I don’t get a big insulin spike so it helps keep my gains lean, and makes sure my carbs go to the muscle for glycogen and recovery. This really helped me when I was dieting down hard. I will also take this to keep my bulk lean. Best on the market by far!

I can’t tell a difference if it’s helping break lipids and such down, but it is making me super gassy. Also, I don’t love that I gave to take the supplements 15-30 minutes before I eat, I never remember to do it early.

I would maybe try it maybe 5-10 minutes to food and see if that changes anything. The ingredients are still going to work even if taken it just prior to food.
Tried the product but became very hungry for carbs, took the pills 1x per day before acmedl with carbs in it. Workout 4-6 times a week 3-4 times weight training 2-3 times a week with light to medium cardio. Intermittent fasting daily 5 days/week and twice a month 24 hour fast. Seems to not do the trick of losing the last 10 lbs… 130 not was 127 and goal is 120 used to be normal weight for 35 years
